I had a two year on-going contact with David. When I first "met" him over the phone/online, I was not ready to sell my house. I told him I would do business with him, because I liked it that he never pushed, but gave me pertinent information without hesitation. Other realtors hesitated to give me any information thinking I was not serious. So, it was easy for me to keep track of the housing market with David's periodic update e-mails. He never intruded, but always responded to my questions very quickly. When it was time for me to sell my house, I contacted him and we got everything going pretty fast. He even sold a house to my tenant, which alleviated my worry about him vacating my house. David priced my house and it was more than I had thought, and the house sold the day it went on the market. David was a true professional and extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market and trends. From the day I listed our house for sale with him, he kept me informed weekly of market trends while we were renovating the home for sale. Even though the house would not be shown for approximately 3 months he would always check in to see if there was anything we needed and to keep up with the latest status on the renovation. No task was too small for him to assist with and when a wind storm blew the backyard fence down while I was out of town, I called him and he took action immediately to contact individuals who could work with me and get the fence temporarily repaired. this is the 3rd time I've attempted to write a review concerning my experience with David Bick the realtors Realtor, the other two reviews would not submit, one last time. From the first transaction in selling a rental property in 2012 to currently having listed my primary residence, David has shown nothing but an attitude of treating me as he would himself. He is honest and showed high business ethics, courtesy persistent and resolve. My property was sold in less than 30 days and I got more for it than I thought I would. David does not mind getting his hands dirty, which reminds me of the time he offered to help move my furniture and install a van seat, because of my chronic back condition, he didn't have to but he did . Maybe I should have left that part out, now everyone will have a bad back!
